Pompey Mick Posted June 24, 2007 Report Posted June 24, 2007 I've just looked at the BICC early birds from Pau and I must say the performance of the 4th placed pigeon is exceptional amongst a list of exceptional pigeons. Flying 688mls, Mr Pickering of Walesby's pigeon has produced an outstanding performance in a day of oustanding performances.
blackjack Posted June 26, 2007 Author Report Posted June 26, 2007 Clocked at 7am the grizzle cock had given us everything the weather was impossible here yesterday from 3pm NE winds and driving rain he was close then. only about 60 back up to now well done everyone and well done to the birds. Wouldn't dispage of course against any of the fine feats of all the pigeons. Yet that surely must be up for the RPRA merit award!
