The police are coming round tonight to take a statement fom me regarding this matter, also because his parents have acussed me of threatening to kill their son and burn their house down

Thanks for all your comments, I have a good lawyer who will tell me ye or na if it is worth persuing a claim, I think I have enough hard evidence but will take advise from my lawyer

I started this thread as I was hoping to get some names to back up my statement and let the police know about his history of fraud

No, they are coming to take my statement, in which I will ask them to investigate what has happened, obviously deny the allegations as they are not true. They will then go and take a statement from Coxy

I spoke this morning to a RPA representative Karen James on 01 452 713 529 she wants all RPA members to list a complaint and a fille will be kept on this issue and matters taken from there
