Thanks for you all asking.

 

We managed to get a young bird team of  18 birds to represent our lofts and our killed birds.

We would like to note we will not be able to fly the old bird season next year due to the slaughter.

Such a shame when we have been the Rhondda Valley old bird champions for the past three years. all due to some jelous individual our birds where only trained to fly and to win whoever it was if they had a problem they should have been like a man and came to see us.

Boys thanks for the offer of rearing us some young birds but our stock birds are still with us owing to these have allways been kept at a different address.

Birds that were attacked were our racing loffts.

Well done boys, good to see you fighting back. Don't let the B******s get away with it. Best way (other than finding them) is to do it with the birds and be back as Champion all round flyers in the next few years. I've no doubtyou'll be back there once again

As usual I can only echo Albears words.

Yet somehow I feel that the thing(s) that did this will be even more sorry, as I sense Gill Brothers will resolve to be even better and that will rub salt into poor wounds. I certainly hope so.

Having been in the same sort of situation, its heartening to see the support of the sport we are in. My season was wiped out before it even begun, however, i,ve got a team of yearlings ready to go for next year. i say a team theres 46 lol, they havent been trained yet so numbers will probably drop.
