When they held over till the saturday and they did well over a mile a minute.. I t was like losing a member of the family or your best friend...

Well !!!!!!!!! :'( :'( :'( that would be sole destroying in my view. Chin up thou ;D ;D ;D the only way is up ???????? one could say. Now !!!!!!!!! my moment of utter frustration/sadness etc :P , was being 100 miles behind in a 130 mile race. "Think about that one", & the best distance flyer in the fed etc, only beat me by 10 minutes ;D ;D ;D. Enjoy.

terry mccarthy Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 probally losing about 4 1st fed to my own fault by seconds not getting the birds down fast enough just letting them take there time lack of interest at the time but wen i got the intersest bk it was to late and losing one of my best old cocks 9 times in the first 5 of fed a 3rd combine plus loads of other positions in first 20 of combine i was gutted

Guest Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 When I thought my distance widowhood cocks were on song, I sent them to Saintes (380 to me), only to be 6th, they all came but way behind; when I basketed them I thought they were in fine nick, couldn't undertand it until the following week when I went to put pro biotic on their food and realised it was rodnidazole(spelling!) for canker I had put on in error!!!
