naedoos Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 Think it's sad really that anyone can take any enjoyment from watching something that's as un-natural as that is, wings are meant for it to fly not roll around on the ground knocking itself senseless. JMO :'(
OLDYELLOW Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 have to agree i dont like non flying breeds at all , i would not have one probably frighten other birds half to death and cant be fair on the bird itself been bashed on a hard surface continuously
Guest strapper Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 is that what happened to the bay city rollers?.......lol wonder if that bird was restrained with something to keep it rolling about like that.

Naw strapper, they've been bred to do this. Bloody stupid if you ask me. Just goes to show that us humans are no "richt in the heed" The first bird to show this deformity should have been culled. I read they actually fly as youngsters then gradually take up the bowls when they get aulder(evil) Like old yellow I'm not one for non flying types however bonny they look and think the old tumbler breeds should be re-instated as flyers through breading selection and not for looks/colour etc. Just my views and no doubt some will disagree.
