My best race was last year at my kids school. My daughter asked me to run the dad's race and i couldn't refuse her. She had not won anything in the races and her big brother had won just about everything and had a chest-full of ribbons. Anyway i ran the race and won it and I received my ribbon. I promptly ran over to where Erin ( my daughter ) was sitting and pinned my ribbon onto her t-shirt . I can still see her smile today.  :)

39 years old now Adrian the years are taking their toll. It all depends if I dont pick up any injuries playing football then again I may retire at the top, good enough for Joe Calzaghe good enough for Paul T  ;D ;D ;D
