I have had Bricon for two years now. It is great and I would'nt be without it. In addition to that I have a flap at the front of the loft on which I fix a training crate. The YBs are trained to drink in the crate by my placing basket drinkers on it. They drink there for months.

When I want to catch the birds to dose them or basket them for training or racing I encourage them into the crate with seed and catch them there. It has got to the stage when I never catch birds inside the loft. No panics, no feathers broken and best of all no dust. My birds are not tame in the sense that they do not climb all over me, but they are unafaid and confident.

im sure a bit of dari on return or as a trapping seed or in my seed mix would stop any bird circuling and doing a few lap of honours ;)
