jack Posted May 13, 2009 Report Posted May 13, 2009 it is 8 euro a crate in my club and 50 cent per pigeon
Guest paulrstokes Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 charge each member 20p, which at the end of the year goes to the bloke that cleans them
greenlands Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 When our baskets are dropped off by the transporter we clean and disinfect them ourselves and renew shavings ready for the following week. The federation charges the club £9:00 / basket for transport costs and return delivery of the baskets irrespective of how many birds are in each basket ( max 25) .Lindsay
Guest shadow Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 we cleaned and disinfected our own crates but the fed charged each club for cleaning the transporters :)
pigeonpete Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 think ar fed is 2p per pigeon per week, which i think is more than reasonable.
PIGEON_MAN Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 WE did charge the members last year £1 each but this year no as the fed are not cleaning them this year only spraying them at the racepoint to comply with Defra ruling.
