jimmy white Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 hi there could someone help me with what type of feeding to use and when to give it to them for the longer races i would pair late, hence holding their flights,mature, expeienced birds,distant bred, roughly 4 races , higher protein diet, 8 hour fly about 4 weeks b4 race , then feed a higher carboheydrate diet nearer the race in question, sent in their suited nest condition [natural] i,e distances of over 500 miles trained every second day , the last three weeks b4 race ,,,so higher protein diet, going on to higher carbo, nearer the race
