Blaw Hame Velocitys

What velocity to you class as a Blaw Hame.In Lanarkshire the Fed Toppers have being doing to date 1196,1887,1263,1276,1489,1834 and1306. WOULD YOU CLASS IT AS A HARD SEASON.

why do people say such and such only won that race because it was a blowhome surely there birds would have blew home aswell

1887  1489 1834  not a hard season but when you get to many blaw hames it makes for a hard race when the birds are a bit further out and no wind to assist.

what is it with pigeon men it is a weather driven sport you can do nowt about the weather be happy if you wjn and gracious if you dont blaw hames can be treacherous themselves

i think most birds would prefere to fly against the wind and tesco races do them no good the birds dont like them and more are lost with blow homes than anything else

I clocked 3 in one race - each doing over 2000 ypm - it was a hard race for most of my birds - as they had to work back over - they were kn*ckered (evil)

 

agree with FrankDooman about losses - more losses on blow homes
