Yes anyone can read them if they are allowed to by the webmaster, I don't want to cause trouble or get involved in any arguments just stating a fact as I have seen it for myself that it can be done

this is an old egg no admin and  moderators can read members pms , webmaster is the only one that could but is not practised on this site if you wish you can use pms emails aim and other messengers , but i can assure this is not and will not be done on this site , only pms admin and mods can see are ones copied to us after a complaint has been made
