Guest Grasshopper Lofts Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 sputniks at the min but changing to open door for old birds and making my own ets trap for young
sapper756 Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 stall traps at moment until ets why do you say "until ets" ? as I use ets incorporated into my stall traps and one section with sputnik and ets fitted
alex wight Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 sputniks for me. I have 4, 2 for young birds and 2 for old birds. One sputnik lets them out and the other lets them in. Easy with the ets as well, as its out the way. imo

grizzal Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 old birds on open door, ybs are trapped through sputniks, will change to sputniks for o/bs next year
pjc Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 why do you say "until ets" ? as I use ets incorporated into my stall traps and one section with sputnik and ets fitted cos the combined ets sputniks will be quicker and easier for the youngbird lofts and the oldbirds will just have a landingboard and walk in over the pad.
Guest strapper Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 open door old and youngbirds....always had it this way and wont change ,in my opinion the best way for me....i have two flirters out every race day. i can stand by the door way and my birds will go in past me....had a few horrible moments when birds wont drop to the loft..bad traps ps i dont stand by the door ways on race days
