Wiley Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 Tony C is the only man i know that has really struck gold witht them, he really has excelled with them
Roundo Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 I first introduced them early 2004 and have to say my results improved instantly. We have just finished what has to be one of the best seasons, topping the Fed four times, one week taking the first six positions. The biggest % of winning pigeons have either been 100% M&D Evans Gaby or a Gaby cross. In saying that, I've only managed to score with them upto 250 miles. Take a look at my website for further info on the birds I'm racing. Colin.
Guest strapper Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 i think when a top fancier wins with very top success, too many expect to win with them. these birds have won because of the fancier who gave them their name....now if the fancier who buys them is not ..shall we say level with that success in racing then theres a good chance these birds will not achieve the same height in racing. no doubt there will be those that will do exellent with them. but buying in birds you have to realise that it was the fanciers method of flying them that made them successful. if you dont fly that method/way then dont be surprised if they dont win. you can only get out what you put in.. this view is in general and not aimed at any single person.
blackdog Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 i think its the same with any breed mate, theres good ones and theres bad ones, its easier to get bad ones but harder to get the good ones
BLACK W F Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 some areas they have flown very well but others crap there is good and bad in all familys and not every one who buys has got the best ones as for every good one there is probally 100 no good you pays your money takes your chance
pigeonpete Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 Tony C is the only man i know that has really struck gold witht them, he really has excelled with them o'hare & woodward, from middlewich do very well with them round here, and they have an advert in this weeks homing world, top guys aswell mick and ronnie
