Guest bakes Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 they was disigned to take the new slide in ets chips all the best
Guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 they are designed to receive a chip .apparently . andy.
Guest bakes Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 here you go link for how to fit ets new chips from bricon all the best.
aye ready Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 just wonderin as the bricon has 2 pins at the bottom and when slid into the ring they branch out at the bottom and lock the chip in place whereas the unikon hasn't got the pins and just slides and locks
Guest bakes Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 just wonderin as the bricon has 2 pins at the bottom and when slid into the ring they branch out at the bottom and lock the chip in place whereas the unikon hasn't got the pins and just slides and locks think there only 2 company that have the new ets chips aviable for this coming season bricon and unicon but you can still use the old style ets rings so ets lads will have an option chip ets or old style all the best
aye ready Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 we in scotland will not have the new issue ring till next year so were still using the old style chip ring for 2010 chers M
Fair Play Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Just looked at the video and noticed that the clip hooks over the edge of the ring thus reducing the inside dia of the ring - what happens if you have a bird with a thicker leg that attachment is going to cause agony to the bird and it is so bulky that it will catch on anything available and fill with muck - I myself don't use ETS so it is not a problem to me some will be spitting nails during nesting/breeding at least the breakfast will be secure - scrambled eggs ;D ;D
mosslands1 Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 the tipes chips are the best and the smallest . bricon chips are massive ive got bricon whish i had tipes and you can not use other makers chips i.e. unikon clock and unikon chips e.t.c
