There shouldn't be a price difference between Unikon and the SHU. So clarification needs to be had, as to who and why the rings have went up. You would have thought that the amount of people using the systems, should be rewarded for their support and not screwed to the wall to gain profits. And they needn't come out with the "its because of the current climate" excuse. 20p per ring increase, jesus christ, that's one huge profit heading towards someone. I think someone has forgotten who actually helps them have a business in the first place :-/

When i got our clubs they were £1.10 from Unikon and £1.10 from SHU, so cant understand a 20p increase in the first place, and hope the shu aren't adding anything onto them, we all pay enough :-/

its very little only a handling charge, the rubbers are up in price too ;)

I thought when you ordered them you had to pay £5 for insurance against any losses or damages when in transit. There was no additions to each ring  :-/

i think we all need to go back to the old way of clocking

1:30 for a ets ring is over the top

when racing the old way you use rubbers and donot pay 1:30 for them

if the SHU put anything up, its our fed delegates who pass it,  :-/

I have just been corrected on that, ITs put to the MEMBERS at the AGM who vote on it, so its us the members who put them up  :-/  then moan about it  ;D ;D it is a funny old world isnt it

Why would our members put a 20% increase on something thats a necessity for most, making us pay even more than we already do? :-/ doesnt make sense.

think its unikon who put up the price,so members will vote to cover it.

to mr and mrs a we dont want to go back to the good old days -do you -run to a central clock?

make our unions force the clock manufactures to open the clocks to any hitag s chip then we can buy bricon or benzing chips ---was told benzings are £1.02p ,the only difference is the first chip codes other than that they are the same pakaged slightly different ,various colours.benzing run an open clock at present.

i own a bricon rest of the club apart from one has bought unikon  2 didnt bother they are still clocking with rubbers.
