Can any one tell me if he got fixed up with his account to get logged on again, he has been trying from Sunday night, but still no further forward.  

 

Any help to get him back on would be much appreciated from Dave.

If you print his name into the search box, this should let you know if his account is operstional :-/

what,s new

 

at the top of the screen next to portal, there is a search box.if you click on that, it will open up another section, where you insert the members forum name, ie Dave W, and press search, if his account is in operation, you should get his info up, if no search found, then I would suggest he is still logged off :-/ hope this helps m8

Dougie, I have just went into the home page and clicked on Distance Fanatic, because that is blue, which was the colour Dave was, I went to page 4 where I found DAVE W, clicked on his name, and his details came up, according to this, he is offline and last on 28th Feb, but does not say his account is disabled :-/ hope this helps

Yes I believe there are others on this site, who have more than one family member on PB all from  the one IP address, but need seperate email addresses, for validation, maybe admin can confirm this :-/

archie can you not send him  a new  password e-mail him to change it  that might cure it

yes families often use the same ip. his DJW one has been lost with the server its just a number now and we cant get it back, one he re registers we can put his DJW back with a - or something, if he wants, wont be long now until our new software gets up and running ,and sorts all this out, its getting worked on now,

are they puting in the right password, why dont they click on "FORGOT PASSWORD"  and that should send them a new one, by e=mail

i have been getting that for 3 weeks or so now , but fortunatly have left it for a while and when came back it worked .

 

keeps giving you the 3 chances then i p blocked
