DO NOT LIKE TO SEE PIGEONS ON HOUSE ROOF YOUNG OR OLD BIRDS

IF THEY GO UP AS YOUNG THEY WILL GO ON AS OLDBIRDS

THEY WOULD NOT LIVE LONG IF THEY WERE MY BIRDS

All  i am saying is that it looks good for pigeon flyiers to have birds all over the

neighbours houses.

and if they get in to the habbit of going on the roof that is were they will drop on a race day

and loose time

but is up to you what you do with your birds

Sorry, but you really are off to a bad start. The pigeons look fine but letting them hang about on the roof is a big no no. Your fellow Club Members will be dead pleased to see this. It will be like taking candy off a baby when it comes to racing. And besides, you will probaly get yourself a bad name with the neighbours on top of it.

i would think most ybs hit the roofs at some time while they

are learning to fly and first time out,but as mentioned its up

to you to get them under your control,i use a old hen that

does not hit the house roof, also they are keep abit hungry

if they do go on the house i whistle them and hopefully they

come down.its once they are flying bunched up that you what

them to hit the loft thats why you have the fantail? as a drop bird.

also once they finish flying call them straight in so they get use to

trapping quick.the method we use is let out, fly, down and straight in

no picking about.

other members have different methods get one that suits you.

all the best for the coming season m8

looking good only thing i would say is try to keep them in the lofts boundarys loft roof landing board you wont them as soon as coming back from exercise training race to hit the loft straight away and trap as quick as possible bud as wonce they get going onto house roof they will keep doing it then it will be a pain to get them off it in later life for your bird but thats just my opion allthe best for coming season

all the best

Whistle relates to food whistle relates to food drill it into them blow that whistle whilst feeding blow it, keep a little hungry when you let them out whilst training to the whistle, when you think there ready to land on them roofs blow that whistle them pigeons that don't land on roof reward with food, them that land on roof no food.... Simple really m8 whistle means food = reward.. Good luck.
