wings Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 Same happened to me on Friday i think it is still abit cold at the moment, most of my young birds took around 5 hours to come 15 mile with one still missing, i'm hoping it is the col and that there is not a perc on th route i train on, hope you have now had all your late breds back.
blaz Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 if the birds came back in 1s and 2s maybe bop got to them .would not put it down to wind change.as i trained late breeds in December from further in freezing windy snowy conditions.the only day i dropped 1 was when birds came back in 1s and 2s. with a bit of luck you should hopefully see them tommorow
weecunny Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 a think u can train lb into the winter . but its not the best idea to start the new season in the cold
