bob the fancier who bought my bird has  pm'ed me that he bought my bird and has paid for same (prob one of the first to pay )but ive still had no pm from yourself or blaz . :o

Not sure what's happening here but in the main these lads who run these sales do a very good job  and put in a lot of time, i'm sure any mistake that were made are not on purpose so come on lads give them a bit of slack.

I really don't know mate, all I know is that I had a pm from the winning bidder to say he couldn't pay. Was asked by Gary who the under bidder was, and gave him the names of the bidders according to what I know. 3 bidders, the winning bidder, Vallance, and myself. The figure may have been a typo but the fact is ONLY 3 bidders, and according to Blaz post today  "NOT PAID" by highest 2 bidders, so that leaves me at £20 as the first bidder, and I will pay it, but the bird will be raced from R&R's loft.

 

Was in telephone conversation with Rocky and Rambo today, (a Good mate of mine) and all I will quote is this:

My last word on this. I had direct involvement with 6 lots on this auction. 3 definite payments, one late payment where I know the youngster offered is now out flying (as stated previously), one where 2 people are supposed to have paid for the same lot according to the Donor and yet it is stated NOT PAID, and one lot without payment, the lot I put in.

As far as I am concerned there will be no further efforts made by me to get friends, or donate birds myself to further charity auctions run on this site. I am sick of it!!

and i can under stand   the way you are feeling,   but thats pigeon men for you, they  put  you up  on the pedestal  then cut the legs from you   we should go with what we have which is a  great effort   for the  hero's    i am sure they will be more than happy to receive it

see your problem Bob, but dont think the site is to blame, we did not run the auction in question, I have been in touch with blaz and suggested he puts up a final post with birds lot numbers and buyers and who has paid,
