I think thats what happened as normally as Frank say we hear them first. Must have taken the doos by surrise, certainly did me.

Been getting hammered by percy Rab, need a hospital section in the loft. One of the lads came over last night to say a doo was under his car on the car park. Blood in its nose and its eye was shut, seems better today but no racing this weekend for her.  :-/

Just ask the fifer, he ahd a terrible year a few years ago with a pair of carrion crows (black beaks)  they were killing his birds daily, even entered his loft and lifted youngsters out of the nests :-/

Anyone who leaves an open loft at this time can be taking chances with crows who will enter the loft and take youngsters from the nest.

This happened to a friend several years ago.
