I am using Chisolm Trail Health system and have been using wheat germ oil or peanut oil to stick it to food has anyone ever tried coconut oil ????

I guess it is supposed to be the new supplement as they have articles about it everywhere at the health food store

Caprylic acid is one of the fatty acids found in coconut oil that is said to help against yeast/candida infections

I don't think the peanut oil is as good as peanuts but I didnt want to give just plain cooking oil then I got to thinking that it was high in fat so it was probably good for them
