Guest IB
Depends what you can get from your local supermarket, and the time of year. Just now one pack each of lettuce, spinach leaves, chopped kale and cress will feed my 40 pigeons twice in same week - though they do waste a lot at this time of year. During last summer, they'd demolished the lot, and more, 3 times a week. There's also more on offer in the supermarket then, e.g. sprigs of oregano and thyme.
