Unable to take birds training

Hi all,

 

My car is currently having a nervous breakdown and can't be trusted to make it all the way there and back on a training toss.  Do you guys think I could send this week without them training? Also the problem may be quite lengthy as its looking like I could need a new car so if it lasts a few weeks would flying round houses/ranging be enough for them?

They have had 50 mile tosses up to now and have raced 114 miles.

Not looking for trade secrets here, just your honest opinions please.

race away mate u should have no major problems i personally would like a toss or two for the birds u might have to lighten the feed a little other than that u should have no major problems

Certainly. May well suprise you and do a darn site better.

Raced just two races once with no training whatsoever. Only race Thurso, and as I often say, only day birds in one club and 3 or the four day birds in another... plus three day birds I didn't bother toclock.

They will do just fine matey ... would restrict any flying after Wednesday night and just start feeding high Carbs.
