would certainly try it out,my birds are very tame so it dusnt bother them me picking them up from races,but it would be ideal for when the wife clocks in for me when i am on weekend days.

alot of flyers i no swear by ets and the others prefure taking the rubber of ther birds legs to put into clock i think its up to the flyer at the end of the day but i will be racing 2010 for the first time on unikon ets all being well

i very much prefer the idea of clocking the bird in yourself

but it will be beta for the people who have work and commitments

 

I agree i doe's take a bit of excitement out of the sport. however it suits me because i work 12hr shifts one in every four weekends. would sooner race to open door.

ETS is GREAT! Especially for Race Secretaries and those who figure race results. Also great to keep track of how they are training, when no one is there to see, my birds always beat me home. The only complaint I have is the expense of the bands. It's kinda like printer ink... You gotta have em, and they are not cheap.  :-/
