Tony C Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 1. Enjoy my racing 2. Be competative 3. Be highest prize winner in club 4. Be the best flyer in the Fed 5. Win the Combine.
Guest lenwadebob Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 To be competitive and enjoy my racing without the fear of heavy losses that we seem to be experiencing in recent years
gooner Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 to get that 1st win as with ybs last year i was second every race beaten by different fanciers each week, the club sec thinks i have a disease called seconditis ;D ;D
rasbull Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 To race competively, to get the birds to the furthest race, to be in the mix most weeks, to breed a healthy round of youngsters that do the loft justice. But my main aim will be to do well in the Nationals (will be my first time trying). Also my entries to get to the final of the SWOL and Europa Classic One loft races and to obtain a higher finish than they achieved last year.
greenlands Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 Apart from all the first prize cards I would like to keep my birds healthy all season and see as many BOP have a real bad time. Lindsay
ritchie1 Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 just to carry on enjoy my birds keap them as good as i can and hope to pick up a ticket or two be nice to win one or two as well still in the hunt for my first win but only my third year but the main thing is to enjoy my birds
Guest strapper Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 to race the whole season, instead of only a few races,i think only 8 races old and youngbirds combined. although i won all 3 youngbird races i enterred ,its not the same as competing in them all. i would like to achieve the results in club racing i achieved b4 packing in the sport in 2005. its a well known fact that the birds need to be motivated ,but theres a bigger hurdle... in that you have to be motivated too!..which i havent been. most of my stock birds havent been tested properly,so hope this will be the year they are!

Guest redlad24 Posted January 7, 2010 Report Posted January 7, 2010 lat year i was back with ybs, i got 2nd in the first race, then won the club and fed the week after with a different bird then two weeks later won the club and fed again with the same bird that won, got a two 3rds and a few other positions 2, just happy to be back with them, that was with 25 young birds, just looking forward to racing this year and clocking every week, you have to be getting the odd one here and there to keep the interest going, you only get out what you put in
