Spot on. Also untreated ( canker ) youngsters develope there own imunity.

I bought copper sulphate last year - it remains unopened because I hadn't a clue how to use it (it was about £2 for 500g from a farm shop - as opposed to £3 for 25g from pigeon 'places')

 

but as I now know the dose (from that link) - I can open the box (evil)

It will make the water a pretty colour

        Been trying to get you a link on a site in Australia but there are probs at the mo. Loads of info on this site including copper sulphate.They use a level teaspoon to 10 litres of water once a week,some use it more than once.When I get the link sorted i'll send it to you.You'll have to join just like any other pigeon forum,I must admit it is a good site even though there ways are different to GB.Lindsay C
