The loft is due for a good clean again, and in the past ive used Jayes Fluid or FAM30, but these are water based products and take ages to dry in the loft. Im considering using a dry disinfectant such as STALOSAN F.

Does STALOSAN F irradicate all nasties such as diseases, worms cocci etc?

Thanks

I tried it once , very expensive ,but do not think it eradicates everything but does keep the loft dry and smelling nice but so does columbine loft white which is a fraction of the price and we use this all the time now, keeps the lofts looking good and does smell okay.but we do use a blow torch on feeders and averies.

I use loft white at the moment, the verselle laga one. Does that kill anything at all, or just make everywhere look pretty?

With a burner, ive been told you have to make the wood turn black to work  :-/ and also is it easy to miss places?

I may stick to the Jayes Fluid, but not with the pressure washer, may just use a brush and bucket and rag  :-/

my mix is in a 1 ltr garden trigger spray ,but boxes and perches are only lightly sprayed, + the odd corner .  andy.
