Thanks Dave There is a lens at the top and one at the bottom - these are multiplied together to find the magnification. You wouldn't really need the x1028 unless you were doing as holmeside lofts and looking at the bacteria, which is a lot more advanced. For cocci, canker & worms x100 & x400
