slim45 Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 they arnt breeding a seperated them last saturday there on rounderbot now they had there 1st race yesterday the birds probably have an underlying illness, and the stress of going onto roundabout and the 1st race has brought it out, I'd get the birds checked out. PS were there wattles ok during the moult and breeding as thats a stress in itself ? get a test kit and keep the birds stress free until you get the results.
Roland Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 i would say you have ventilation problems and need to be sorted asap,,,,,,,,,,or your birds in time will get maybe worse,,,not saying they will and hopefully not,,,,,,,where do you live ? So would I. Easy fixed with Plastic Air vents right across the front. And Middle Just make a frame for them. Cover in small holed wire mesh and Robert's you're mothers brother.
Guest mick bowler Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 Usually a vent problem, get some SAS from travipharma and use on birds and sort the vent out. You can also use nazaline or sliepsanol but found it bit more severe than SAS. A touch of vicks put up the nostrils with a cotton bud may do trick too.
