have u seen any difference using it i used it last season and never saw any

9 times out of 10 there is no difference in using any specific additive... give your pigeons nothing and they will look just the same...  :)

Well regarding Brewers Yeast,it must be that 1 time out of 10,because personally I think there is not a finer additive you can use, especially when racing the birds,I moisten the feed with Pea Nut Oil,then add Yeast, birds will almost talk to you for it l o l

If you don't want YBS then put it on with oregano oil for your YBs. For old birds cod liver oil, and it should'nt be left long enough to go rancid, try a short fast before giving it them.

Years ago when we got hot summers I use to show bugerigars, I stopped using CLO for two reasons, one because of it's smell,it attracted cats at night. Two because it went rancid with the heat.I used Scotts Emulsion but I don't know if it's still on the market.I now use ground nut oil or garlic plus thendry out with brewers yeast by Natural.Lindsay

with these like other oils i would think there are different quality , take cold pressed rape seed oil against supermarket veg oil which contains a lot of 2nd grade rape seed oil

Chrisis you will get the both of them on supermarket shelves, much cheaper I imagine than from the pigeon specialists, its where I get most of my pigeon "additives"

This has probably been done before but does anyone use brewers yeast for yb seen the tablets but where do i get the powder,is it just yeast sachets you get from the supermarket or something else.

i have found in the past that brewers yeast is a great supplement for racing pigeons,,,, yes, you can get  plain brewers yeast tablets, from some chemists,,, [carefull you dont get yeast-vite,,,this contains caffiene] powder, or tablet, much the same,, but using the tablets, are handy for gently  handling the pigeons and checking them over at the same time ,  :)

i used to get the tablets and smash them into powder,as i could not get the powder at that time, and frankly the pills were cheaper!!

i get half a bucket of corn and mix 1 teaspoonfull of wheatgerm oil into it,then i crush 8 brewers yeast tablets into a fine powder and add onto corn before giving it all a good mix up in the bucket, some use different oils like garlic or cod liver but i use wheatgerm oil   kev
