Im forever reading about people winning with Planet Bros Van Loons.. Who were they..?? When did the race..?? Methods..?? Do they still race..?? etc etc

they packed up a few years ago,had the best,read homing world thisweek page 152.they had janssens/vanloons and a breed they called "aliens" i think.

Sorry I can't remember the name of it.

It only ran for 1-2 years I think.

John & Gary Squibb (Planet Bros) was a father and son partnership that raced out of Noak Hill in Essex. I think they raced out of the Woodhill club (not 100% sure) in the Havering fed (I'm sure on that one  ;D). They raced up till the mid Eighties but carried on with their stud. They also published a monthy mag called the International Pigeon World, if you could pick up some of them they might help also try the Squills annual books issued in the 80's.
