unfortunately my own experiances are not as good waited 3 wks the first time to have a pigeon picked up then tonight i visited my friend willie donachie we were supposed to have birds delivered on sat i asked him if he had heard only for him to reply our pigeons are in some guys holding loft down south not only did they not have the decency to call on sat to say birds would not be delivered after willie waiting in untill 8pm but to put our pigeons in a holding loft which we would never have agrreed to i think is totally irresponsible and we are both extremely dissapointed with the gung-ho service

excuse me who told you they would be picked up on saturday for a start? I spoke to willie tonight he was more than happy. also they are not in some guys loft at all. They are in some one who you got the birds through other wise with me not having a holding loft you would have never got them for xmas other wise . Once again facts first would be appreciatiuve here. We are trying to our best to get them to you for christmas this is what we get.

Unfortunatley i have to agree with you Stevie birds picked up from hants Friday morning was told would be delivered Saturday morning to my works when i finally got through to flying couriers saturday night due to there phones been down was told we dont work saturdays i asked where the birds were and they told me dont worry have been fed and watered i got the birds Sunday night at 05 30pm i rang the sender to ask how he had sealed the boxes and all the boxes havent been touched exactly how he had sent them i dont mind the birds not having food but no water thats shocking im afraid like you stevie extremely dissapointed with the service

i realise that we were spoiled with amtrax but that is history now and we have to make do with what is out there and the facts were stated as i got them but if u take umbridge to critism then thats upto u but its willie thats dealing with u so i will leave it at that

some posts that come on here r totally out of order when u spent hundreds of pounds on pigeons u just want them delivered in a reasonable timescale and in good order nothing to much to expect

yes they are so do i but we run lot of drivers vans and lorrys they are new to our demands same as tracker with everyone complaining you are going to get noone to collect deliver birds it takes a long time to get stable and from most comments they aint doing to bad we run till christmas eve then day of then back to grind to make sure there is food in shops you want delivery were are you weres youer birds as you want next day or within 2 days i will give you price but you wont pay it  so let um get on with it

never ever once disputed how hard they work and we know they r trying there best its a thankless task trying to get birds up and down the country amtrax never delivered out of hours as they were a multi-national company never had to im am allowed to voice my own concern as a paying coustomer i would like to catagorically state i have no ill feeling towards flying couriers and i hope there business is a success.
