THEN I WAS PROMISED THEY WOUKD BE PICKED UP ON THURS. THEY PICKED THEM UP ON THURS AT 7.10PM.... RATHER STRANGE TIME... IT GETS BETTER THAN THAT. THE DRIVER SAID THAT HE STILL HAD 2 GO TO STIRLING WHICH IS AN 1HR 30 M DRIVE FROM ME.. THEN UP TO PETERHEAD THAT NITE WHICH IS FURTHER 3-4 HRS.... THEN ALL THE WAY BK DOWN TO NEWCASTLE.... FRIDAY CAME AND WENT NO BIRDS ARRIVED,,, SAT CAME AND WENT NO BIRDS... I PHONED THEM AND THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE ON SUNDAY AND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN FEED, WATERED AND BOXES CHANGED... SUNDAY 3PM BIRDS FINALLY ARRIVE IN WALES... BOXES OPENED, BIRDS SOAKED IN DROPPINGS, DEHYDRATED, BASICALLY LUCKY TO BE ALLIVE,,,,, THATS 4 DAYS IN SAME BOX , NO FOOD , WATER.. DISGRACEFULL... AND THEIR ADVERT STATES IN BLACK AND WHITE, ""GUARANTEED SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.... ITS A SHAMBLES.... DNT EVER USE THEM.....

wilkins Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 do the rpra keep a list of couriers and the required licence to carry birds that all the new couriers are meant to have, as i am not sure if they all have the licence and insurance to carry birds
REDROCKET Posted May 5, 2009 Report Posted May 5, 2009 this carrier needs to improve his business but he wont be doing it with my 2 jos thons from the other thread lol. ps it warnings like this we need. i know im taking your word on this but i wont be using them just in case.
