Paired 2 Jan aardan together 5yr old  cock to a 7yr old, Laid 3 rounds now but not 1 egg hatched??? Eggs filled but just don't grow. Could the cock be infertile at that age?

You've answered your own question "eggs filled" =cocks fertile.

the cock or hen should not be in-fertile at that age,,,, i would suspect this infertility, is because of a past or present, ailment,, most common for this would be paratyphoid/salmonella,,,,,especially with three rounds

It WAS (past tense) a pair that was loaned to me, the only pair i've had a problem with. they looked in perfect health

i dont want to sound alarming devon red, but it does seem strange this is the only pair you have had this bother,, old birds that have this, or carry this para, can look perfect, but can render" dead in the shell" eggs,

off course there could well be other reasons, cold   , unsettled etc,, but i would tend to make some enquiries from the lender, and try and find out if he has ever had bother with this
