Blue Chequer Pied Posted March 18, 2009 Report Posted March 18, 2009 Try Taylors choice, much cheaper than Boddy & Ridewood and very reasonable delivery as well. Alternatively watch E-bay I got a cracker a couple of weeks ago for £20 like new would have cost in excess of £80 from afore mentioned B&R. Paul.

FoxesFan4Ever Posted March 18, 2009 Report Posted March 18, 2009 Thanks for posting for me Damian. The fact is I have a 32 inch basket already which will be plenty big enough for all the birds I will have this year but I think when full it will be too heavy for me so I am looking for a smaller one just to move the birds to the car. I intend to buy one as soon as but money don't grow on trees as we all know so I am looking for a freebie which I would be happy to put back on this forum as soon as I get my own or alternatively a loan of one until I get one of my own. I just don't want to wind up throwing the birds round and putting them off basketing just because it is too heavy for me. Sorry if this sounds rude, it isn't meant to be. Thanks all!!!
pjc Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 we use big crates for training and the best invention ever is the wheel barrow, rest the crates on top and saves carrying!
