Looking for advice . If there is anyone that has had a vet visit this year what paper work do we need again? Cph number and vaccination sheet? Is that right thanks

CPH number, vaccination sheet and Vet visitation attestation form.

Thankyou. We have ours on Friday was just double checking.  Was planning phoning the vet but good to be prepared.  Many thanks

Had our vet visit last Friday. Vaccination form and cph letter/copy of email was all that’s needed.  Vet then provided us with attestation form and proof of practice registration letter.

Thanks.  Was a doddle last year vet was only here about 10 minutes max including paperwork etc . Unfortunately it's put a few lads off nationall racing up here

A good few guys have been put off around my area also. This is our first vet visit as the old bird season just didn’t feel right without channel racing.
