I would like to thank Gordon for all his hard work and commitment over the years

He has become a very good friend of mine over the last few years

We have enjoyed many Saturdays awaiting the arrival of my birds with a few bottles of bud or a hot coffee

He has done an outstanding job as club secretary and has in my opinion

been the back bone of the club since he took up the position

Always there to assist and take control of meetings dances presentations and went above and beyond his duties delivering paper work rings etc to each members door personally

Running about at all hours making sure everyone got a race

Realy sad to see him resign and I know he will be greatly missed not just by me but by the whole club

Not often you meet someone who is willing to give up his own time and help others

Thanks Gordon you will be missed as secretary but I am sure we will have a few Saturday national budweisers in the future pal

Thanks so much for your kind words Craig. Personnel circumstances have sadly forced me to take this decision. It has been a privlidge for the past 8 years and have really enjoyed my spell. Would to thank all members of LHS for the help initially and continuously in enhancing my knowledge and experience in the sport. I've been fortunate to meet some really good people in my tenure and I will actively follow those people and their results in the future. I wish them all the best as the sport is facing some very difficult and challenging times ahead.

What a gem of a guy!

He will never be replaced how lucky were the Lochgelly club members to have him!

Wish the guy all the very best and hope he gets back in amoung the pigeon fraternity when ever he can!
