When you look at the velocities of the Doos listed then ye hear some of the members claiming to have 75% teturns it makes ye wonder just how a stupid they think the rest of us are, a handful of Doos going down to velocities in the 600ypm bracket yet expect us to believe they had an avalanche of Doos late in the day that brought their returns up to 70-80% on the day. Away and geez peace

If u ask our secretary how many we’ve got in the clock he will tell you 28 we had in our clock polkemmet lofts can u tell him this and our 4 th bird on that result is our 9 th pigeon ur more than welcome to come and check our marked sheet and we will put the 44 pigeons in section for u to check as I put up we had 42/48 on the shift and 2 from Hexham next day

From now on won’t put *expletive removed* all returns up or times if we lose pigeons we are honest enough to say theyres nothing u can do if they’re not they’re

Lumsden,Colligan& Hope had 28 pigeons recorded on E T S print out at clock checking which was 2 hours after first birds timed other members recorded 1 from 12 ,11 from 37 , 2 from 26 ,2 from 13, 4 from 10 etc talking to members yesterday 12 from 37 and 29 from 42 , with one member having birds reported 30 miles south of Hexam as Derek Hay states we should not be talking about who done well or did not but getting together and try to ensure that the birds are given a fair chance to home when liberated
