A race from Leeds. Whereby guys from Scotland are racing South and guys from southern England are racing North.

So for example maybe Leeds to Lanarkshire is 200 odd miles, Leeds to Essex is 200 odd miles.

Has anything like this ever happened? If so what was the outcome?? I've heard older fanciers talk about a club racing from any direction picking the race point from a hat (not sure if this is myth or a truth). But genuinely curious :drinking-coffee-200:

I beleive there was an international race from Ireland taking in much of Scotland and England , and that an Ayrshire bird was well up if not the eventual winner. when it was i could not tell you. way before my time.
