Woodsider Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 Seriously thinking of calling it a day. Went into my loft this morning to discover 6 bird's had been killed. That's 11 in 5 weeks. It's bad enough losing 11 racing, but in the SAFETY of their own loft. Absloutly GUTTED.

paddymac Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 If you know how its getting in to your loft can you not do something to prevent this.

bigjamie Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 was your trap left open for it to get in make sure all bits and bops are closed so nothing can get in if its a cat it will be back mate get a cat trap from someone and take it far away from your loft
Cliftonlad Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 Sorry to here about that Billy soul destroying.. If I can help you out with any birds your more than welcome mate.
Woodsider Posted September 18, 2018 Author Report Posted September 18, 2018 Cheers Alex much appreciated.
Roland Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 I can't HONESTLY understand why any fancier won't invest a few quiddies in an Electric fence. I'd wager those five are / were worth far,far more than a Legal electric! Ps woody, I feel for your loss.
BIGPETE Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 Surely a gap big enough for a cat to get into - Your pigeons could equally get out of. Why don’t you leave some food outside the loft and feed it so it has a nice full tummy of something off your own menu
