thanks guys did speak to the chap in the shop, as you said Wiley it does contain antibiotics, and he saw no reason why it could not be given to the birds,a couple of drops dissolved in the drinking water once aweek would help the immune system out ie kill of any harmful bacteria friendsloft

While looking round a health shop with the wife I noticed this product called propolis, as anybody used it for their pigeons ? friendsloft

Minerals, that is what i was told once,it could be black minerals,salt, what ever,once i started putting black minerals fresh in the loft,the birds stopped fielding. it must be something they are short of at this time of year when birds are paired and rearing young,because the rest of the year they never bothered friendsloft

on corn, freshwater and no man made wonderdrug, immune system intact,homing ability intact ,agood honest pigeon racing for the love of home. just my thoughts friendsloft

Pigeonscout,I mention something on the same lines earlier on ,on this thread,just worded different, maybe we need to backtrack a little bit, letting the birds develope their own immunity, instead of pumping all these wonder cures in them and go faster tonics which which are advertised in all the journals yes they might be doing some good short term,but what about the long term effects on are feathered friends do we really know???? friendsloft
