if on ETS and using the eascoast race result software i think it just counts all birds recorded on your clock unless you limit it to say 6 but this interferes with the result giving false positions which would affect the birds going forward to the fed.section etc if a fancier had 20 birds infront of me was limited to 3 or 6 birds i wouldnt want to be awarded a diploma for 4th ,7th as in reality im 21st it would just encourage me to try harder or get better birds in the pre ets days most fanciers would only clock 3 or 4 birds unless competing in a money race or national racing so this didnt come up very often
