Good idwa but I don't think that would ever happen as nothing is fullproof and councils won't fund it :-/

Billy got great news about his illness, his lungs have recovered slightly but still to keep away from any birds as he must protect the small part of lungs he has left due to the fungus from pigeon fanciers disease. His diabetes is now stable and very few hypos and what little he has he manages really well. His cancer is in remission I think the term is but he has finnished all treatment for that just six month check ups He really appreciates all the messages and support from all, both on and off the site and is looking forward to see the birds coming in this coming year, he does care if they win as long as he is taking part, we will see how long that lasts ;D ;D ;D Thanks very much from Billy
