Your right nothing will be done in comparison to the crime, after all it is only pigeons is the attitude of most not the long term suffering of a 72 year old, if it had been a hawk that they burnt alive it would have jail and a hefty fine for sure

Nice dogs, are they greyhounds or a cross, I find that racing greyhounds are a bit tunnel visioned and thick as the only thing on their mind is what they focus on and not that the hole in the fence is only big enough for a cat

Yep that is exactly what will happen I spoke to Webmaster at Sheffield and there is money in the fund to deal with this, on top of that I am sure he will get help with birds and money form a few members on here and other sites, myself included Although at 72 he may have different ideas on what the future holds for him

It is ad when this happens and not only the poor pigeons that suffer but the devastation caused to a fanciers lifetime of work, the culprits will probably get away with it or get a slap on the wrist if they get caught, it has happened so many times in the past that people just don't care people get up to in case there are any repercussions if they speak up about it. It happened not that long ago to Boomerang aka Catlae lofts from the site who stays about five miles from us and the culprit is still walking about and causing a nuisance to others :-/

Braw if you can tie it in with the four I have going to Essex Pigeon tracker was a day late in picking up from me, no problem in fact we had a good chat and he went away with a free bag of shavings :-/ Flyin Couriers was a couple of hours late at getting to me so I left my van open with the birds and the money in it and they left replacement boxes in the van Cooper logistics were on time and it was my mistake they were late because I left my phone in the workshop and they could not get in touch with me, even though Chickadee was there they weren't to know These and other couriers are trying their best to fill the wake of Amtrak but they never will in the short term due to them not having a full national network and hubs, but they are far better than Amtrak in the sense they are pigeon orientated so until they get up to speed we have to give a little and try our best to help them out :-/

Great all we need is takers that are willing to use them for not just theirs but other fanciers as well, I think if you want them solely for your own use then you buy them, if you want them for breeding for other fanciers or flying at liberations or problem areas then we try and fund them somehow Just my opinion :-/

I think the R##B would put their propaganda machine into operation and have it killed for the good of the bird as it may starve in the wild :-/ :-/ :-/ Also that would not get as direct an effect as releasing them before training and race libs but it would help long term if they were allowed to survive in the wild :-/

It is not getting the birds that would be the problem it would be the people who would take or have the time to look after them and provide a service, another option would be to find out who already have them in our area and hire their services :-/
