No matter what forum you take part in there are always the inherent problems, you will never stop it, its human nature to have different opinions Give away free/sell for as much as you can get Widowhood/natural Treat/leave well alone Black/white The list goes on and on ad on Why shut it down because of a minor amount of members having a disagreement or because of one or two conmen Plain and simple At the end of the day, if I want to buy something then I need contact details to send payment to that how I can do that if every one wants to keep them secret If possible then do you want site improved to help fellow members from conmen Whether the site can be improved or not then these members if proven to be out to be conning members should be named and shamed This site is a great site but surely no one is that naive that that they think it is perfect and beyond normal things like criticism, rouges, improvement, personalities to name a few

Agree totally in theory, but have you seen the prices in Iceland. Athough we are taxed heavily, if the system was used honestly then it would be the best system in the world. Hogni you would not be better securing employment before you came especially if you have a young one to consider, the more skills you have the better chance you have, even better if you have a trade or quailifications The country seems to be awash with eastern block workers who are willing to snap up any job going, to the point it's becoming nearhand impossible to be attended to by anything else The new proposed european "blue card" being introduced may control your decission to move within Europe. so polls are only for less serious matters, argument would be YBS lost this season is a serious matter to some If I asked a thousand pensioners if the pension should be raised then I would expect a high percentage for If I asked a thousand teenagers if further education should be free then I would expect a high percentage for So in these cases then polls can be manipulated and used in an argument But when you ask a cross section ie the membership on the site then a fair poll is possible, on the assumption we have multipal users right across the site If webmaster knows all the multi-users as you say then use his power as the boss and deleate the ones he suspects and ask them to register under the new rules There is a factor if the site can boast a thousand members then they deleate the multiple ones and end up with 300 true members then what do you boast???

I was accused of being a multipal user by Bruno, for which he appologised, the mistake was, as you all know we have a number in the Dan Clan that log on under the same IP address, so there are possible loopholes in the system Back to the poll issue If this poll is removed then all polls should be removed because they all warrent the same argument surely

Then your argument is to stop the numerous address not the poll surely, also the numerous addresses could vote yes as well as no and balance the outcome anyway

Wasnae kicking him in the teeth, me and rockinrick had a discussion on a post when Piggy was packing in, along the very same lines with some cutting humour put in by rockinrick as well, I am sure he will have a chuckle at it, as when piggy did and I was the serious one trying everything to get a loft for my son So pardon me if I offended you but I am sure Rockinrick took it the way it was meant :-/
