Yes Neila,it's a gradual build up through the week,saturday I put the food in a feeder on the floor but in the week I feed in the boxes,approx 1/2oz am 3/4oz pm.gradually changing from 50/50 diet/wid on mon/tues to 100% v/laga super star from wed am or pm.Thursday am and pm the get a good feed but not so much as they will gorge themselves as I let them out friday morning and I like them to eat on a friday.Hope this helps.

Neila, the diet mix I use is Bucktons diet supreme and is a high fat mix.It does contain a lot of small seeds and some use it as a conditioner,there isn't any barley in the mix.
