agree noticed this year droppings are perfect only thing we done different is wormed and cankered them after racing
-
agree totally the problem with channel is that little piece of H2O i'm not decrying the abilities of the long distance inland birds but we must all agree the channel poses another type of problem for our brave flyers
-
work this one out a partnership had a ch.hen never missed a channel race for 2 years won 8 topped the amal twice previous to this, this hen was cut down and used as a trapper

how do you know if abird is genetically capable of flying 500 cos it comes off champion distance birds does'nt guarentee you they'll come so what exactly do we look for.A really good pigeon man told me watch your when they come back from 350 -400 fresh, not having lost to much weight the you have a good idea it'll PROBABLY fly a good 500+ as long as you feed it right and this ia man that topped the 4 times
-
some still ave 1's 2's to go feeding on moulting mix with plenty of new wheat & barley

say what you like about the sprint lads the blue ribbon event that all members want to win is the long un! ask most members who won the shortest race of the year and you'll get a lot of blank faces ask them who won the long un! and 9 times out 10 you'll get apositive response As for me i'm one of the guilty ones "can't send got nowt that'll fly it" but thats all gonna change if you don't try em you'll never know!

all sorts of shapes and sizes the 2 amal toppers in the one loft in our club are beautiful pigeons yet the pigeon tha won it 3 yrs ago is massive and disproportionate>(that a big word for tues. morning) its whats in the head and heart that matters and making sure they fit and prepared fot it
-
you never know what will fly what till you try them pied cock of ours out and out sprinter in first4 every time out of first two short ones tried at channel last arras finished 3rd club in the first 10 in fed trust your judgement if you think they'll fly it whatever the distance send them!

and by the way black w/f is spot on if kings involved b very suspicious along with tysons own stupidity king had a big hand in destroying what should have been one of the modern day greats

if your going to quote history primo camera was agiant beaten by a small man (max schmelling) same scenerio as last night and i'm not a haye fan but he did what he had to do against aman with a hard head and limited boxing ability klitchco will be a different fight lets be fair he's alot lot quicker and as for a pumped up crusier, tyson was about hayes size and at his best under gus damato wuld have beaten them all he was and still is aboxing historian who studied his opponants and had the speed, guile and technique tobeat them apart from that he loves his pigeons
-
purchased them from jim smiths sale i think check out the website I just glanced at it when i saw it www.cosworthstudfeeds.com

cosworth stud never had them but know they have them

many roads lead to rome some break them down some don't and they win both ways it depends on the pigeons and the man that flies them totally agree with davy fleming get a system you like use it then fiddle with it till its suits you it may take acouple of years but it'll wirth it if successful

we have 2 sections 1 for the coks with their boxes in the other section for the hens has poles in we have to sets of doors the hens go out 1st then we chase the cocks thru into the hens section, when the hens have had an hour they are trapped thru the door into the coks section. then the cock are let out of the hens section.. now this is where some differ we feed the hens in the cocks section let them have a drink and chase them back into there own section. race day the cocks and hens (thisis upto you how many you send) can all go to the race,on arrival from the race all trap into the coks section. this is the way we fly roundabout others withmore space do it differently

why not just use a more modern and effective product ascapilla+ single pigeons and moxidexin 4 flock treatment but thats just my preferance theirs plenty to choose from
