  1. we used to hopper feed beans on a sun,mon,tue then good corn wed,thur,fri flying roundabout,we put a few peanuts in the cocks pots soon as the door was open they shot in, the door was shut, no play time,but if there was one still flying we still shut the door and it would trapp to the corridor,because if the cocks came back out after eaten the peanuts they would play hard to get, the hens drop and run to the boxes no problems.

We have used the norm,moxydectin,ivermectin,the tablets from chevita but i will tell you a true story we have brought in a few new birds this backend mainly for the distance which are housed in my back garden,i put fresh garlic bulbs in the water and just topped the water up after about two weeks i noticed worms in the droppings now i dont no if this happend because of the garlic in the water but the water has still not been changed and more galic bulbs added you can smell the garlic soon as you enter the loft,i intend to get the birds tested before pairing up in feb so it will be interesting to see the results.
  5. been to a few class lofts in my time,never seen so many combine winners in one place than frank sheaders,the camphius at wlgs like peas in a pod,local old chap called Billy Bowden from chopwell master pigeon man would of been a millionaire if he lived on the continent,but at this present time the birds and set up of Paul Stobbs out of this world.

  12. Easy for me, winning the NEHU open from Bourges 576miles 15hrs 46mins on the wing, only 2 birds in on the night the other bird flying roughly 36 miles shorter than ourselves
  13. The winner comes from my fed in the wda so well done to them will see them on fridays basketing better bring there wallet lol,think the same ladds sold a pigeon at doncaster show that scored well into scotland.
  14. I have a coursing greyhound cross big fast dog but if he misses on the strike gives the runner a head start again,i would say it depends on the ground your working and what your chasing.

  21. HAD A PICK UP IN LEEDS AT 4AM AND IT RAINED FROM THERE BACK TO NEWCASTLE WAS PATCHES OF MIST AND FOG, FINISHED WORK AT 6,15 AND IT WAS STILL RAINING IF YOUR DOOS HADNT PAST GEORDIE LAND BY LAST NIGHT THEY HAD LITTLE CHANCE 2DAY,WELL DONE TO THE WINNERS AND HOPE THE REST GET HOME.
