don t listen to demolition man does nt have a clue its sound like pmv you ll have to let it run it s course your bird will recover you prob will have to kill some but the strongest will come through it .Give them time beleive me i ve been through it this year

my opinion u would be better making widow boxs just so your ready to convert .Your birds will race better, be able to get them in better condition quicker if your on widowhood

prob cost about £450 for 40 boxs

prob about £12 per box so what you have in that piture would cost £24 more boxes the cheaper it will be

defra must have differnt policys in wales because in scotland if you re loft has been confirmed with pmv they quarintine the whole loft for 60 days does nt mater if its a MILD outbreak as you put it mild or not your loft has pmv so the 60 days should of stood but any way if thats what they ve told you good luck .i know i tried to get my restrictions lifted earlyer and defra up here would nt back down the 60 days is incase of secondary infection

paul you say you have been given the all clear what happened to your 60 days quarantine from defra i had the disease in my loft this year and i know they don t lift after two weeks

paul i had pmv this year your birds will recover i was lucky enough to get my y birds back on road when restrictions were lifted and they flew well so chin up m8

i agree you will never get a bird to win that comes back from stray centre unless its bean injured :-/

i was in same boat last friday was racing three hens but had to leave them at home because they were due to lay it s not worth throwing birds away keep them for the next week
