Is there enough room for them to breed in a 10" by 10" box perch? I dont have box perches yet, but this was how big i was going to make them.

So would that work when getting a certain two to mate when i havent got nestboxes with closed in fronts? I am feeding them on economy at the moment. If i was to feed a breeding mix, how would this affect the other pigeons? (i only have 1 loft which is small, so i cant have a special breeding section.)

The grit i am currently using has alot of charcoal in it. I dont know the benefits of it though.

No, i was just asking if that mixture contains the right stuff my pigeons need not is it enough. (there is only about a teaspoon there.) It has seashells coal/charcoaly type stuff and some little stones. But should i give my pigeons anyhting else? thankyou (sorry about the confusion)

I am over the moon!! I just got one of them back after nearly a week of heavy wind, rain and snow He is looking rather week/thin, so i am about to give him a few peanuts (high in protein/fat) is this ok? Thanks for all your suggestions guys, it feels good to be a member of such a helpful place.

The worst part is, i feel like its my fault and i feel really bad as these birds were given to me for free. So that is seven lovely racers and two beautiful tumblers gone. :'( I wasnt going to race these birds anyway (they were too old to put rings on them.) i intended to breed off of these ones, meanwhile taking the ones i wasnt using to breed, off for short training tosses. Well all i can say is, i need to learn from my mystakes. Is there any chance that they might take untill the next morning back? (i hope so)
